OkCupid shows that there are two single women in my area who are 27 years old and 6 feet 10 inches tall. The odds of this seem remote. One of them is an avowed chainsmoker from Scotland and the other one mentions half-jokingly that she might be an alcoholic. She’s got photos of cocktails the way some people take photos of food. She speaks with pride of her very long legs and, along with the cocktails, has several photos of herself from the waist down.

            In response to a profile prompt asking her to describe her worst date ever, she writes, simple, “The dude pulled up in a Mini Cooper.”
